What to Expect at
Your First Appointment
When you visit us, we will walk you through your paperwork and answer any questions you have.
We start every appointment with a conversation and we’ll take as much time as you need to tell us your story.
Next, we’ll perform an ear exam by looking at your ear canal and eardrum with an otoscope.
Then we’ll begin the hearing test. The purpose of the hearing test is to gather a complete understanding of your hearing loss.
Based on your hearing loss and what you’ve told us about your lifestyle, we can determine what hearing aids we think would be best for you.
We carry demo hearing aids in stock so you can try them out in our office and see how they look and feel in your ears.
